Shipping policy

In-stock items

In-stock items are prepared for shipment separately from presale items when applicable. Hats ship first when ordered with a presale vest. Any processing estimate stated on the product page applies to that item.

Presale items

Presale items are not currently in stock. Payment is collected at checkout for the first production run. For the Atelier Seattle Jersey Sweater Vest presale launching October 8, 2026, estimated shipping is 4–8 weeks after launch. This is an estimated dispatch window, not a guaranteed delivery date. Vests ship once we receive them from our manufacturer and prepare them for dispatch.

Orders with multiple products

Orders containing both in-stock and presale items may ship separately. Hats ship first; presale vests follow when ready. Receiving one shipment does not mean the remaining items have been canceled.

Shipping options and charges

Available destinations, shipping methods, and shipping charges are shown at checkout for your delivery address. Carrier transit estimates are separate from processing and presale production time. A shipping method selected at checkout does not shorten a presale production window.

Shipment updates

We will email you with shipment information and tracking details when available. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created. For presale orders, we will email production updates and any changes to the estimated shipping timeline.

Delays

If we cannot ship within the stated estimated shipping window, we will email you with a revised estimate and instructions for consenting to the delay or canceling the unshipped item for a refund. Cancellation and refund options will be provided as required by applicable law and our Return and Refund Policy.

Delivery information and shipment issues

Please check your delivery address before ordering. Email us promptly if a correction is needed; we cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. If your shipment appears lost, arrives damaged, or is missing an item, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.

Cancellations and refunds

Presale cancellations are eligible for a full refund until we place the bulk production order with our manufacturer. We will email affected customers in advance with the cancellation deadline. After that deadline, change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted, except where required by law. Rights relating to non-delivery, delays, and defective or incorrect items remain unaffected.
