Terms of service

This store is operated by Atelier Clothing LLC, trading as Atelier. These terms apply to purchases and use of our online store. Please read them together with our published Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Using our store

You agree to provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information and to use our store only for lawful purposes. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian.

Products and prices

Product descriptions, availability, and prices are displayed on the product pages. Colors may appear differently on different screens. Prices are in USD unless otherwise shown at checkout. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before you submit payment. Changes to prices apply to future purchases, not previously accepted orders.

Orders and payment

Payment is collected at checkout, including for presale items. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot supply an item or identify an error affecting your order, we will contact you to resolve it and refund any canceled item and applicable shipping charges. We may decline or cancel orders reasonably suspected of fraud or unlawful activity.

Presale items

Presale items are not currently in stock. The product page states the estimated shipping window. For the vest presale launching October 8, 2026, estimated shipping is 4–8 weeks after launch. Shipping estimates refer to dispatch, not arrival.

You may cancel a presale item for a full refund until we place its bulk production order with our manufacturer. We will email customers in advance with the cancellation deadline. After that deadline, change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted, except where required by law. This restriction does not limit rights relating to non-delivery, shipping delays, or defective or incorrect items.

Shipping and refunds

Orders containing in-stock and presale items may ship separately. Hats ship first and presale vests follow when ready. If a shipping delay occurs, we will communicate a revised estimate and cancellation or refund options as required by law. See our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy for details.

Store content

Our branding, product photographs, and original store content are owned by Atelier or used with permission. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without permission, except as permitted by law.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled. Payment, shipping, and other services may be provided by third parties. Shopify powers this store but purchases are made from Atelier Clothing LLC.

Responsibility and changes

We do not exclude responsibility where doing so would be unlawful. Updates to these terms will be posted on this page and apply prospectively; they will not remove rights attached to orders already placed.
